Jerry has been my mechanic though several vehicles for over 15 years. He has a wealth of knowledge and only recommends needed maintenance or repairs. The trust level is such that I don’t bother asking what a repair will cost at this point. He will tell me if he thinks I should know.

Awesome service here. Did all required work to get my 2003 Caravan to pass etest, and informed me of things that will need to be replaced in the future. One of the only places I know that will let you do a payment plan if you can't afford everything up front. Again, great service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Myself and numerous people I know go to him for everything, and I have never heard any complaints. 10/10

Shady Auto Repair Shop. PROGRESS AUTO MOTIVE. St. Thomas. BEWARE!!! Just letting everyone know that Progress Auto Motive is a shady Auto Repair Shop here St. Thomas. Cause $1700.00 worth of damages to my mom car engine after getting a timing belt and water pump replacement. Has filed complaint with BBB. The moron reply, saying that my 70 yrs old mom had a psychotic episode and rev the engine too high or driving 200km in the city witch cause the valve to bend. BBB cannot resolve issue. Small claims court is next. Please let yours friends and families know. Good thing i have a automotive background. My mom could had been a victim if it wasn't for me. THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED Thanks you Ron's auto for making it Right and willing to testified in court. PLEASE PAST THIS ON OR THE NEXT VICTIM COULD BE YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW.
